Once again, we are going to delight you with a spectacular recipe, a combination of flavors from Asia and the Mediterranean. Not only is the execution fast, but also the result is surprising. This recipe will become one of your favorites.

Cooking time: 20 min.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Basmati rice
  • 24 peeled shrimps
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 bok choi
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • Bean sprouts
  • 2 spoons of sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Red curry sauce

Elaboration:

  1. Carefully rinse the rice and then cook in a rice cooker. (or in a pot) and reserve.
  2. Cut the carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, onion and bok choi into julienne strips.
  3. In a Wok pan, heat the sesame oil and fry the shrimps and then add the vegetables. The vegetables have to be crispy and the prawns well done.
  4. Add the rice, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve on a plate and garnish with bean sprouts accompanied by red curry sauce.

You can also substitute prawns for chicken or, for vegetable lovers, it can be prepared only with vegetables. Thus you can get several different dishes with the same recipe.
