The redemption of the product must be made in a maximum of 365 days from the moment of purchase.
To redeem the product it will be mandatory to make a reservation, subject to availability, providing the redemption code.
In case of not being able to attend the reservation it will be essential to cancel it in advance. In case of no-show without prior notice we reserve the right to refuse a future code redemption.
The redemption code must be presented in digital or printed form when attending to the reservation.
The product must be consumed entirely on the day of the reservation. Any additional consumption must be paid at the end of it.
The product is not refundable nor can it be exchanged for money. It is subject to the exception of the right of withdrawal of Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 25, 2011.
We reserve the right to replace redemption codes in case of loss, theft or fraudulent use.
The code may be redeemed only at the place where it was acquired.
