We are seeking a creative and passionate individual to fill the role of Social Media Content Creator. This position is crucial for shaping and sharing the unique stories that define our brand and connect with our customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Journalism, Media, or Communications preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience in a related field
• Experience managing social media accounts with a focus on authentic brand participation
• Passionate about content creation and the restaurant industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a team environment
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft programs for design, photo, and video editing
• Ability to produce, shoot, and edit diverse content elements

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Develop and create engaging content from concept to completion, showcasing the essence of Enjoy Restaurants Group
• Collaborate with other content creators, contributing to regular brainstorm sessions to shape compelling narratives
• Work closely with various teams, including marketing, customer service, and live production, to ensure a cohesive brand message
• Respond promptly to trends and breaking news, producing compelling content to join relevant conversations
• Capture on-location content during restaurant visits and special events
• Adhere to brand standards, strategic initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Utilize data and analytics to inform and adjust social media strategy
• Execute branded content to support sales initiatives
• Clip and share highlights, showcasing the unique dining experiences offered by Enjoy Restaurants Group
• Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned

Note:

This is a full-time position, and flexibility with non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
