SEA BASS WITH COCONUT AND LIME

Cook the seabass in Merrychef on the Seabass program, sushi rice base in a large bowl, garnish with soy mayo and coconut sauce (see recipe in glossary) edamame and takuan, serve the seabass on top and bathe with a little more coconut sauce . Finish with sprouts.
