Ingredients for 4 people
- Spaghetti or noodles 480 gr
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 grams of clams
- 300 grams of mussels
- 24 peeled prawns
- parsley to taste
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
- sea salt to taste
- white wine to taste
- Chili pepper: optional
- Squid rings: optional
Elaboration:
Before all, clean the clams and mussels of possible dirt or something that may be present by putting them in cold water with a little salt, changing the water from time to time. In a pan on the stove, heat the oil, add the chopped or crushed garlic, chilli, mark the prawns and reserve. In the same pan, open the clams and mussels, foam with white wine and add the chopped tomato. Rectify with salt and pepper. In addition, fill a casserole with plenty of water, bring to a boil and add salt and pasta. Once the pasta is drained, add it to the same pan where the sauce with clams and mussels are, add the prawns and stir. Flavor with parsley and our Frutti di mare GINGER pasta is ready to serve!
