Recipes to be at home
We present you a fresh and easy recipe to prepare from home. A very healthy dish, with natural, cheap products that you can find in any supermarket. We invite you to prepare it with your family and enjoy one of the most popular salads in our Ginger restaurant.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 800 gr of lamb's lettuce
- 240 gr diced peeled tomatoes
- 40 gr of bean sprouts
- 40 gr of red pepper strips
- 20 gr of sesame seeds
- 24 peeled prawns
- mustard vinaigrette
- red curry sauce
PREPARATION
Wash the lamb's lettuce, dry and place them in a wide dish and add the diced tomato, the pepper strips, the bean sprouts and dress with the mustard vinaigrette. Sauté the prawns in a pan and add two tablespoons of red curry sauce and reduce. Once it is ready, it is immediately poured over the lettuce. It is decorated with sesame seed and taste our special GINGER salad!
