Bartender

Position Overview

As a Bartender at Enjoy Restaurants Group, you are responsible for the precise execution and high-volume production of beverages that define the identity and energy of our venues.

While primary guest interaction takes place at the table through the service team, the bar remains a central visual and operational hub of the restaurant. Your role combines technical excellence, speed, coordination and controlled showmanship during peak service moments.

You contribute directly to operational efficiency, product consistency and overall guest satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Production & Consistency

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and brand specifications.

  • Ensure consistency, presentation and quality across all drinks produced.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and premium bottle service procedures.

  • Deliver beverages within optimal service timing during high-volume operations.

Operational Performance

  • Manage high-demand service periods with precision and composure.

  • Coordinate closely with runners and waiting staff to ensure seamless order flow.

  • Prioritize tickets efficiently and maintain clear communication with the floor team.

  • Prepare full mise en place before service (garnishes, syrups, juices, stock levels).

Bar Organization & Standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar at all times.

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs proactively.

  • Ensure glassware, tools and equipment are clean and service-ready.

  • Follow all hygiene, safety and operational procedures.

Controlled Guest Interaction & Showmanship

  • Provide professional interaction when guests approach the bar for recommendations or inquiries.

  • Deliver confident product explanations when required.

  • Contribute to the atmosphere through polished technique and coordinated bottle presentations during special moments or peak hours.

Team Collaboration

  • Work in close coordination with Bar Support, runners and management to maintain service rhythm.

  • Support revenue goals through accuracy, efficiency and product knowledge.

  • Demonstrate reliability, discipline and accountability throughout service.

 

Profile Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bartender in high-volume hospitality environments.

  • Strong technical knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage preparation.

  • Ability to work at speed without compromising quality or consistency.

  • Organized, disciplined and operationally focused mindset.

  • Calm under pressure with strong teamwork skills.

  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

  • Professional appearance aligned with brand standards.
