FRONT OF HOUSE HOST / INTERNAL HOST
Position Overview
As a Front of House Host at Enjoy Restaurants Group, you are the first and last impression of our brand. You are responsible for ensuring a seamless and elegant arrival experience while orchestrating the flow of service with precision and professionalism.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservations and guest relations at the highest standard within a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & First Impression
Warmly welcome all guests, creating a positive, refined and memorable first impression.
Maintain a professional, friendly and confident presence at the entrance at all times.
Escort guests to their tables in a timely and organized manner, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from the very first interaction.
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the values, style and standards of Enjoy Restaurants Group.
Reservations & Seating Management
Manage reservations efficiently using the designated booking system.
Coordinate table allocation strategically, considering:
Guest preferences and special requests
VIP clients and preferred seating
Table rotation and service timing
Operational flow between kitchen and service team
Maximize occupancy while maintaining service excellence.
Communication & Team Coordination
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Head Waiters and service team to ensure smooth coordination of arrivals and table turnover.
Maintain constant awareness of restaurant capacity and service timing.
Communicate effectively with all departments to guarantee a flawless guest journey.
Guest Relations & Upselling
Maintain active presence on the floor during operating hours.
Build natural, engaging conversations with guests.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, drinks and experiences.
Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Handle guest feedback, requests or complaints calmly, professionally and efficiently.
Brand Representation & Promotions
Participate in promotional activities, bottle services and special events when required.
Support marketing initiatives and experiential activations aligned with the restaurant concept.
Maintain impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
Profile Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in premium or high-volume environments.
Excellent communication skills (additional languages are a strong advantage).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
Confident, charismatic and comfortable interacting with international guests.
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
