As a Runner at our Restaurant, you will be an essential part of our service team, ensuring the seamless delivery of food and beverages to our guests. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including waitstaff, kitchen, and bar, to uphold high standards of service.

Food Runner:

• Collaborate closely with waiters/waitresses and the kitchen team to deliver food to tables in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and a thorough understanding of all culinary offerings leaving the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting floor area.
• Be attentive, responsive, and available throughout the day.
• Ensure the designated area is impeccably attended to, fostering cleanliness and professional collaboration with waiting staff.

Drink Runner:

• Work closely with the bar team and floor staff to deliver beverages to tables in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of all beverage products offered.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and inviting floor area.
• Be attentive, responsive, and available throughout the day.
• Ensure the designated area is perfectly attended to, focusing on cleanliness and professional cooperation with the floor staff.
