KITCHEN HAND
Position Overview
As a Kitchen Hand at Enjoy Restaurants Group, you support the kitchen brigade in maintaining efficiency, organization and hygiene standards.
You play a key role in ensuring that daily kitchen operations run smoothly and in full compliance with health and safety regulations.
This is an entry-level position with strong potential for growth within a structured kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation Support
Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks (cutting vegetables, cleaning and portioning ingredients, preparing simple components).
Prepare ingredients following the instructions of the kitchen team.

Organization & Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations at all times.
Wash dishes, utensils, equipment and ensure proper sanitation standards are upheld.
Dispose of waste correctly and maintain hygiene in storage and service areas.
Receiving & Replenishing
Assist with receiving deliveries and storing products according to food safety guidelines.
Restock ingredients, cleaning supplies and kitchen tools as required.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow all food safety, hygiene and storage regulations strictly.
Follow all food handling, storage and hygiene regulations.
Maintain cleaning standards appropriate for a professional kitchen environment.
Profile Requirements
No previous experience required (kitchen experience is a plus).
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Teamwork mindset.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods during service.
Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm kitchen environment.
